He is very knowledgable about all things real estate and the market in Santa Barbara. Caleb was spot-on with his assessment of how my mother's property stood against all others. Caleb always offered sound advice, which we followed without reservation. He knew exactly how to price Mom's home—and he succeeded in VERY quickly finding a buyer for significantly over our asking price.
